About You
- You’re an experienced, product-minded Software Engineer (5+ years), comfortable solving complex problems in .NET and Angular.
- You have a strong track record in modern, cross-functional product teams, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- You love shipping pragmatic solutions, balancing customer needs with smart technical choices.
- You’re flexible and inventive—ready to pivot when you learn new information or constraints.
- You care about delivering real outcomes, not just output.
- Communication is your superpower: you can explain ideas to developers, designers, execs, and customers.
The Role
You’ll be part of a cross-functional squad, working closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape and deliver features that matter. Concretely, you will:
Collaborate & Discover
- Work with Product Managers and Designers to uncover customer pains and propose innovative yet pragmatic solutions.
- Conduct quick technical experiments to de-risk ideas early
- Develop our core platform—front-end, back-end, and infrastructure—built on .NET, Angular, and hosted on Azure and GCP.
- Engage with customers, guide integrations via APIs, and ensure a smooth, delightful experience.
- Own projects end-to-end, from requirements to launch and ongoing support.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and production monitoring.
- Share learnings and mentor others as we refine our architecture, delivery practices, and engineering culture.
