- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and contribute to strategic technology decisions.

- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Angular/Vue.js (frontend), and Node.js/Java/.NET/Python (backend).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, JUnit).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
- Demonstrates strong ownership and works independently with minimal supervision, proactively driving tasks to completion
