Reporting to the [Nikhil Thakre], the Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, analyzes, and maintains high-quality software product applications. This position is located in [Pune].

What will Candidate contribute?
This resource will be part of US-Hosted Payments group and responsible for deliverable for Us hosted payment product and Dev support to P2go team.
Responsibilities:
Understanding Requirements , Detail design document creation, Coding Unit testing/Unit test case creation/, Bug fixing, Issue recreation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage issue in payments flow.
Provide Knowledge Transfer & mentoring to team
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using C++ with windows platform.
Analyze and understand existing software architecture and codebase.
Identify areas for improvement and optimize software performance.
Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Develop understanding of Product functionality & payment by referring documents and taking help of team member & Debugging code also.
Need to provide Qa support.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
Should have more than 5.5 years of Software Development and lifecycle experience with a strong focus on C++, STL, Windows, and SQL (Oracle as Database).
Ability to read code and develop understanding of existing functionality.
Diagnose and resolve production issues by analyzing logs/traces.
Experience in multithreading.
Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent logical and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to understand and navigate complex software systems.
Experience with software development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
