Our Services Team is looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to build and launch these client sites, which are powered by our flagship RubyLaw CMS.

Our Technology Stack
As a Senior Software Engineer on our Services Team, you'll be building on a modern JavaScript-based stack, including:
- Front-end: React, Redux (and other state management like React Context), and a deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ESNext)
- Styling: Sass/SCSS, with a focus on CSS-in-JS or component-based styling methodologies
- Back-end: Node.js, with express web server
- Build Tools: Webpack, Babel
- Databases: Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL and Couchbase
What You'll Bring
- Senior-level experience: 8+ years of professional front-end and full-stack web development experience, with at least 3 years working with React in a professional setting
- Expertise in our stack: Extensive knowledge of JavaScript (ESNext), Node.js, React, and Redux
- Component-based architecture: Proven experience building reusable, modular UI components and scalable front-end architectures
- Pixel-perfect execution: The ability to translate high-end designs into performant, high-quality code that is faithful to the original design
- Problem-solving: A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques
- Collaboration: Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients, designers, and other engineers
- Nice to have: Experience with headless CMS platforms (like Contentful, Strapi), and familiarity with tools like Figma, Zeplin, or Sketch. Proven ability to leverage various AI tools for enhanced coding efficiency.
