Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Take responsibility for delivering high-complexity feature tasks within agreed timelines.
Make technology choices at individual level and analyze impact
Provide technical help to an agile team of 5-7
Translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards
Contribute to automated testing by developing tests for assigned components and end-to-end workflows.
Participate in software delivery within a global environment
Participate in documentation activities for quality management purposes.
Understand performance parameters and application performance
Work closely with Product Owners (POs) and architects to understand product requirements & vision
Proactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness
Deliver design and technical plan along with POCs for medium or high complexity features in contribution with architect office.
Qualifications / Requirements
Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience in Software Development.
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience in Java
Experience with Unix / Linux side programming
Scripting knowledge, preferably Bash or Python
Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, including key deliverables, and the ability to plan and organize tasks accordingly
Experience creating automates tests
Differentiators:
Knowledge in C++ or GOLang
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
