We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale Qube’s technology platforms. This role involves solving complex problems, delivering high-quality software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful and sustainable outcomes. As a senior engineer, you will play a key role in setting technical direction, mentoring others, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and API development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed, remote-first team.
