What you'll do:
- Provide end-to-end technical support for EU operations.
- Collaborate closely with team leaders, engineering teams, local operations, product managers, and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in building application functionalities while ensuring alignment with the engineering team at HQ.
- Lead and resolve technical issues related to the EU data center and operations.
Technical Expertise Required (proficient in 1 or more of the following areas)
- Cloud infrastructure support, database administration, and network operations.
- Application and software development in Java.
- Mobile app development for iOS and/or Android.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as an software engineer / mobile app developer / infrastructure engineer / DBA.
- Strong hands-on background in engineering and operational support.
- Ability to collaborate with tech lead, local operations, and product management to ensure alignment of technical vision and smooth operational support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
