Senior Software Engineer – Minitab
📍 Location: State College, PA (hybrid) if living in PA and 50 miles from HQ, will consider remote. Will not consider candidates outside of PA.

Minitab is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver high-quality, scalable software that empowers organizations worldwide. You’ll work on web development frameworks, provide technical leadership, and drive innovation in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, test, and maintain applications with a focus on quality and scalability.
Lead technical discussions, set coding standards, and mentor engineers.
Build responsive web apps with React, .NET Core, Node.js, Go.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across systems.
Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver customer-focused features on time.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of commercial software development experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript and modern frameworks.
- Experience in building and maintaining server side API's using Go, .NET Core, Node.js
Strong skills in software architecture, design patterns, and algorithms.
- Strong experience is web development technologies such as REST API's and frameworks like React.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
