Job Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take a leadership role in designing, building, and scaling software systems that are the backbone of our SaaS solutions. You’ll work on complex architectural problems, collaborate with multiple teams, and set technical direction. Additionally, you’ll be a mentor to less experienced engineers, helping them develop their skills and deliver high-quality solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
- Solve complex technical problems and drive architectural decisions with performance and scalability in mind
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering technical growth and team knowledge sharing.
- Translate business and product requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks.
- Write clean, testable, high-quality code aligned with best practices and company standards.
- Monitor and improve code quality using metrics, root cause analysis, and continuous refactoring.
- Proactively learn and apply new technologies that support team and product growth.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong track record of delivering scalable, high-performance software
- Strong proficiency in OOP, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core.
- Experience with Azure services like App Services, Function App, Application Insights and cloud-native design principles.
- Strong database experience, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience working in teams that adopt Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in CI/CD using Azure DevOps (YAML or Classic Pipelines).
- Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring engineers and driving cross-team collaboration.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge.
- Nice to have experience with ERP, financial, or mission-critical SaaS applications
- Nice to have expertise in software security, including secure coding practices and vulnerability mitigation.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher (CEFR), both written and spoken.
