Role: The Senior Software Development Engineer is a hands-on developer specializing in Java development with a particular focus on producing API services to support Mastercard Open Banking Solution.

What you will do:
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of data structures & algorithms and their space & time complexities
• Excellent hands-on and practical working experience with - Java
• Excellent coding skills – should be able to convert design into code fluently
• Strong technical aptitude and a good knowledge of CS fundamentals
• Write modular, extensible, readable, and performant code
• Focus on code quality, writing unit test cases, considerations towards choosing the right data structure
• Collaborate with teams by contributing to the shared vision and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders
• You will be responsible for the APIs you (and or your team) build and will support them till the time they are live in production

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful web services
