CallRail is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join as a founding member of our Engineering Enablement team. This team is responsible for the internal tools that help Software Engineers at CallRail build our products and services. These tools include our continuous integration and continuous delivery tools, container registry, and development environments.
What You'll Do- Modernize our continuous integration tools for performance and flexibility
- Implement a proactive solution for building and consuming consistently secure container and infrastructure images
- Develop and deploy a standardized development environment for use by all engineers at CallRail
- Partner with product teams to understand bottlenecks in current build, deploy and rollback workflows and define how expected improvements in new solutions will be measured and evaluated
- 5+ years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering with a solid understanding of DevOps principles
- 3+ years of experience building and supporting modern CI/CD workflows and pipelines for containerized application deployments across multiple cloud environments (ex. GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, Packer, etc)
- 3+ years of professional experience coding in Ruby, Python, Go, and/or NodeJS.
- A developer advocacy mindset, and a passion for reducing complexity and friction through automation designed for developers and engineering teams
- Hands-on experience deploying and running containerized applications locally and in cloud environments
- A solid understanding of deployment strategies in Kubernetes environments

This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
