Job Description:
Impact
As a Senior Advisory Software Engineer, your job is to build optimized, scalable, and modular software. You are tasked with developing and coding back-end components and connecting applications to other web services. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meets the needs of our customers. Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into new and existing frameworks and solutions as applicable. Provide guidance to team members on functional & non-functional requirements.
The Job
- Design and develop a cloud based scalable, extensible, reliable and maintainable platform on modern cloud stack like AWS
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meets the needs of our customers
- Coordinating the workflow between the UXdesigner, Engineering, QA, BA, Product Mgt and yourself
- Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into new and existing frameworks and solutions as applicable
- Collaborate with and mentor members of the team and other coworkers
- Have keen knowledge of Devops tools and practices like , CI/CD, Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS
- Be agile and embrace change
Requirements
- At least an year of experience with Golang.
- Experience in programming language like Java
- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB
- SaaS product architecting experience covering areas such as data isolation approaches/trade-offs, microservice architectures, identity management.
- Experience with microservice communication & design patterns
- Experience working with AWS, Lamdba, EC2, S3 and other AWS technologies.
- Experience win monitor & profiling tools.
- Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, RKT, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as Sumologic, Splunk, Dynatrace etc.
- Experience with continuous deployment (CI/CD) systems (Gitlab, Jenkins etc.)
