What You’ll DoAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will drive critical projects, own core components, and enhance system performance. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions with minimal guidance while mentoring others and improving development processes.
ResponsibilitiesOwn & Develop Features: Lead development of core features and systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability.
Deliver High-Impact Solutions: Ship high-quality projects efficiently and ensure timely completion.
Solve Complex Problems: Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively.
Enhance Processes: Improve development workflows and champion best practices.
Collaborate & Mentor: Lead small teams, foster cross-functional relationships, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications4+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
You are comfortable picking up new coding languages or have prior experience developing in Node.js, Rust, React, or Python.

You have a deep understanding of modern development practices, architecture, and technologies.
You have excellent collaboration and communication skills.
