What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in complex system integrations, SaaS platforms, and cloud technologies. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects with different tech stacks, adapting to client needs and delivering scalable solutions across diverse industries.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in PHP as the primary language and a secondary proficiency in Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby. This role requires collaboration within project teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on high-impact integrations across multiple platforms.You will take charge of complex integration projects involving SaaS platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Dynamics.
What are you expected to do?
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms such as HubSpot, Dynamics, and Salesforce.
- Lead development teams on multi-developer projects, providing technical guidance and oversight.
- Architect and implement complex integrations with SaaS platforms, focusing on reliability, performance, and security.
- Work with AWS, WebHooks, MySQL, and RESTful APIs to build scalable and efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between applications.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations to enhance performance and reliability.
- Participate in Agile development cycles and ensure best coding practices are followed.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead and contribute to project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, estimate workload, and manage timelines and deliverables.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives to ensure consistent progress.
- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and provide regular updates.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly to ensure alignment and understanding.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby.
- Must have proficiency in a secondary programming language in addition to their primary language.
- Proficiency in handling multiple projects with varying technology stacks and integration complexities.
- Experience working on complex system integrations and third-party API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, WebHooks, MySQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations between SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce,Dynamics).
- Familiarity with working within and integrating SaaS ecosystems, understanding API limitations and optimizing performance.
- Strong experience with AWS and GCP, with a focus on cloud services.
- Hands-on experience setting up AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions for serverless computing.
- Experience with cloud-based deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and managing cloud environments.
- Proven experience working in project teams and following structured development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project management skills with experience handling multiple development tasks efficiently.
- Must be willing to work on a night shift (12MN-9 AM PH Time)

What happens after you submit your application?
The whole process takes around 4 weeks:
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
