Job Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer (12942), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Software Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software systems, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, performance, and security.
- System Architecture: Contribute to defining system architecture and technical direction, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor junior engineers to foster skill development and maintain code quality.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify and solve complex technical problems, proposing innovative solutions and enhancing software functionality.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, to deliver robust solutions and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
- Professional/ Advanced English skills.
- +5 years of experience.

- Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes, AWS.
