We support the digitisation and optimisation of operational processes across the bank supporting the Chief Operating Office and our product business in simplifying and enhancing the customer experience. We are interested in hearing from people who are

  • Have solid hands-on experience in building and designing workflow applications such as Pega and Appian

  • Are confident effectively engaging with Stakeholders of all levels

  • Pride themselves on implementing best practices in engineering, architecture, design & Coding

  • Are knowledgeable developing and deploying high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage without supervision.

  • Are confident analysing business objectives and identify functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Pride themselves on designing and implementing technical solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Are confident estimating the development effort for new features.

Tech Skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team!

  • Developing and designing workflow applications using Pega & Appian.

  • Pega CLSA 8.x and beyond

  • Agile, SDLC, and Iterative

  • Object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills

  • Designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management)

  • Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence,

  • Single Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors and SOAP Services

  • Pega CLSA certification or equivalent is required

  • Selenium

  • Cloud domain knowledge - AWS Certification

  • CI/CD pipeline
