As Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for performing full stack development and backend development in .NET and C#.
Are you the person we are looking for?
Related Experience. You have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience developing scalable, high-performance applications using .NET Core and C#; architecting, developing, and optimizing microservices architectures utilizing service discovery, API gateways, container orchestration, and microservices communication patterns; designing, implementing, and managing NoSQL and SQL databases, including complex data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization in high-volume transactional systems; utilizing MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and relational databases to ensure data consistency, scalability, and high availability; designing, implementing, and securing RESTful APIs to build scalable and robust API solutions to support extensive integrations and facilitate data exchange between disparate systems; leveraging AWS cloud services, Docker, and Kubernetes for the deployment, scaling, and management of applications in cloud environments; utilizing cloud-native application development, microservices deployment strategies, and container orchestration to support scalable and resilient cloud applications. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Education. Must hold a minimum of Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, or related field or equivalent.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
U.S base salary range:
$156,000—$180,591 USD
