We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer. You will be a part of a growing, innovative team and will work closely with the development and product management teams innovating to enhance our existing software and develop new products. As a key member of our engineering team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers, and shape the future of our technology stack.

What you will do:
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of complex software solutions with Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, Node.js, Javascript, Angular, Typescript & other technologies.
- Define and implement cloud-native architectures on the Azure Cloud Platform
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, driving best practices for security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive alignment on architectural decisions.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
- Conduct code reviews, perform architecture reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software engineering, cloud computing, and related fields.
What you will need:
- Wealth of experience in software development using Java & Javascript technologies (typically 8+ years).
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying cloud-native applications on the Azure Cloud Platform or other major cloud providers.
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions in complex environments.
- Advanced understanding of relational databases with experience in high-performance data architecture for cloud applications.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD automation tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset for identifying and addressing technical challenges.
