Position: Senior Software Engineer
Job Location: NewRez LLC, Coppell, Texas
Job Duties:
- Code and create software programs under supervision of supervisor.
- Analyze, design, and develop small/medium programming systems independently.
- Closely interact with business users to identify requirements and make recommendations if necessary.
- Write, edit, and debug new computer programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output.
- Review and repair legacy code.
- Respond promptly and professionally to bug reports.
- Unit test new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct and that program results are accurate.
- Provide assistance to testers and support personal as needed to determine system problems; mentor junior developers.
- In connection with above duties, utilize experience in OOPS, VB.NET, Design Patterns, XML, LINQ to SQL, SQL Server, ASP.Net, DOT Net Core, C#, MS Sql Server, Angular, RESTful
- web API, MVC, WCF, and Javascript.
