Summary:
In this role, you will use best practices and knowledge of internal and external business operations to improve products or services. You will solve complex problems and bring a new perspective to the usage of existing solutions as well as mentor employees in the immediate group.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, code, test, deliver and debug software.
- Implement large, complex stories spanning multiple technology domains.
- Facilitate and lead story breakup and grooming.
- Participate in product level architecture/design sessions.
- Drive feature level architecture/design sessions.
- Recommend actions to improve procedures and standards.
- Identify and communicate technical trends and/or emerging technology.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering highly preferred.
- 5 or more years of experience developing software in a .Net environment required.
- Development experience with SQL/T-SQL is required.
- High competency with C#/.NET development required.
- Experience with .NET development is required with a preference for .NET Core.
- Extensive experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment is required.
- Experience with front-end JavaScript development is desired, Angular 6+ preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile based development environment, using Agile concepts such as Continuous Integration, TDD, and Paired Programming strongly preferred.
- Azure cloud experience is required.
- TypeScript programming experience is preferred.
- Experience with emerging cloud platform technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Cloud Foundry, Openshift, AWS Web Services, or other PaaS technologies preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $168,800.00.
