About the role:
Since launch, thousands of incredible founders have applied for membership, and our revenue has grown significantly. Most importantly, we've helped our average member save thousands of dollars each year in taxes.
We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Engineer to become a key member of our Financial Services engineering team. You will play a critical role in designing and building our product and internal systems end-to-end.
Our team is small and moves quickly. We work with a high amount of autonomy and expect high ownership from each engineer. This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects in the Accounting and Tax spaces, to leverage AI to solve interesting problems, and to shape the financial tools available to small businesses.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product features alongside the product and design teams.
- Write high-quality code, reliable code that’s easy to maintain and scale.
- Collaborate with the team to make key architectural decisions that drive the product’s scalability.
- Lead by example, promote a culture of egoless learning, and take on a mentorship role.
🙌 What we want you to bring:
- 4+ years of full-stack or backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Javascript technologies
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across a variety of disciplines.

What we offer in return
Compensation Range: $195,000 - $214,000 USD annual base salary
