Skills Required
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience through work, training, military experience, or education
- 4+ years of Java/J2EE experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing automated test solutions in CI/CD using Selenium, Playwright, and/or Karate
- Experience as a technical leader or subject matter expert in test automation or quality engineering
- Experience with enterprise test management and traceability tools such as Octane
- Expertise in HyperExecute-based test orchestration, parallelization, test optimization, artifact management, and CI/CD integration
- Experience designing scalable automation frameworks and using cloud execution platforms such as HyperExecute
- Knowledge of risk-based testing, test traceability, and quality governance practices
- Experience modernizing or migrating legacy automation solutions to contemporary frameworks
- Experience working in large-scale, highly regulated, or risk-sensitive technology environments
