We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive the development of high-quality software solutions. As a key technical leader, you will design, implement, and oversee critical systems while mentoring a team of developers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of software solutions.
Mentor and guide software engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical direction.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
Ensure software performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Drive best practices in coding, testing, and Agile methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when relevant.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Masters preferred
5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in[Java and modern frameworks.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and database technologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular).
Knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT is a plus.
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities.
