Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, including architecture, customization, and extensibility
Expertise in Microsoft Dataverse - Data modeling, relationships, business rules, calculated and rollup fields
- Security model (business units, teams, roles, field-level security)
- Advanced development experience with:
Plugins (pre/post-operation, synchronous/asynchronous, best practices) - Working experience in Custom Workflows and Power Automate Flows
- PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls, including lifecycle, packaging, and deployment
- JavaScript and TypeScript Web Resources for form scripting, command bars, and client-side logic).
- Practical experience across the Microsoft Dynamics Platform, including, Model Driven Apps, Power Apps & Power Automate,
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure Services, Rest/SOAP APIs to external systems, Authentication using OAuth
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Python AI/ML libraries.
- Preferred - PL-400 / PL-600 certifications
- Collaborate with product owners & Engineers
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices
- Take ownership of modules or features from design to production
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
- Help define and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Skills Required
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education
