Overview• The Decision Management program enables intelligent decision based products through streaming analytics with the ability to govern these decisions and manage their outcomes with business agility.• This program leverages business rules & AI engines, a streaming big data cluster, an in memory data grids, APIs, & UIs to deliver real time decisions at global scale• This person will be responsible for mentoring the team as well as stay hands on.

Essential Knowledge/Experience• Strong programming skills with deep knowledge of Java, Microservice, DSA, design patterns.• Strong knowledge on Selenium WebDriver, RESTful services, JSON and XML.• Strong knowledge on scripting like shell, python, groovy.• Strong knowledge on testing frameworks such as TestNG and Spock • Strong knowledge on Unit test frameworks such as Junit• Strong knowledge on Source Code Management (SCM) or Version Control lile Bitbucket, Github• Strong knowledge on functional and non-fucntional requirements.• Experience with Dockers, Kubernetes etc.• Experience on Build and configuration Tools like Maven, Gradle• Experience using project and program management tools such as Jira, Confluence• Good knowledge on code coverage tools (Sonar) and Application Security tools like Blackduck and Checkmarx.• Ability to create acceptance and integration automation tests(like Rest Assure, Selenium with web driver etc.), integrate with Continuous integration (Jenkins/Bamboo) and code coverage tools (Sonar).• Good knowledge on Observability, Application Performance Monitoring (APM) like Splunk, Dynatrace• Experience in working in Agile Methodology.• Experience of working with other developers to ensure that systems are designed for reliability, performance and testability.• Exposure/ Knowledge in cloud - AWS • SQL (Oracle DB)
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with Maven build process• HTTP clients such as RESTAssured, OkHttp.• In Memory Grids (Pivotal Gemfire)• Knowledge in Digital Native Architecture• Knowledge in Cloud/micro-services.• Experience in Integration testing needs with exposure to data virtualization tools.• Experience testing across a variety of platforms: web UI, APIs (REST and SOAP), Unix (RedHat, Mint)
