Job summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java and Python, strong cloud-native development skills on AWS, and hands-on experience building Agentic AI workflows and intelligent applications.
What you will do
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and architects to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and performance benchmarks.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, in accordance with coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to increase code quality, consistency, and alignment with the product design and architecture.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug product defects and provide timely solutions to customer issues.
- Design, develop, scale, and manage robust APIs to ensure seamless and secure communication across distributed systems and external platforms.
- Establish, implement, and enforce strict API and data governance policies to ensure security, compliance, and architectural consistency across all enterprise integrations.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes and tools.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help drive technical innovation within the team.
- Design and implement end-to-end full stack features spanning Java/Python back-end services, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end components integrated with cloud-native AWS infrastructure.
- Architect and develop Agentic AI workflows — including multi-agent orchestration, tool-use patterns, and autonomous task pipelines — leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AWS strands/Agentic core.
What you will have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in a software development role.
- Proficiency in Java and Python and a strong grasp of software development principles.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, Bedrock, and SageMaker, with a strong preference for AWS-first architecture decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development.
- Experience building Generative AI applications using LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.), RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Experience developing AI agents and Agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AWS AgentCore/Strands.
- Experience deploying AI/ML applications with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, relational and NoSQL databases, and Agile development practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and secure software development skills.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Harness, or Jenkins.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and address complex technical issues.
