Impact & Contribution: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Cycle Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, testing, and automation, with a passion for DevOps and a systematic approach to solving complex problems. This role requires excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, experience in leading teams, and a deep understanding of the infrastructure that runs .NET applications

Essential Skills:
Application Development
7+ years of hands on strong experience building modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Ideally a full-stack engineer with experience developing backend services using C#/.NET Core.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design, implementation, and integration.
Experience building scalable, maintainable, and well-tested software.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across distributed systems.
Cloud & DevOps
Experience working with AWS, particularly (ECS ,Application Load Balancers, Aurora PostgreSQL, CloudWatch ,Lambda
Experience with Docker and containerised application development.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions.
Strong troubleshooting skills using application logs, metrics, and observability platforms such as Observe or similar.
AI Engineering (Highly Regarded)
Exposure to modern AI engineering practices is highly desirable, including:
AI Agents and agentic workflows
Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
Prompt engineering
AI-assisted software development
Developer productivity tools powered by AI
Additional Platform Engineering Knowledge (Desirable)
While this role is primarily focused on software engineering, we value engineers who have an interest in platform engineering and are willing to develop operational and infrastructure capabilities as required.
DevSecOps & Security
Good understanding of DevSecOps practices and secure software delivery.
Exposure to vulnerability management tools such as Wiz, and Snyk
Platform & Architecture
Understanding of modern cloud platform concepts including:
High availability architectures
Resilient and fault-tolerant systems

Skills Required

- Implement and maintain logging and monitoring (CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Splunk, Observe, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Detailed understanding of software development and testing practices such as TDD and BDD
- Proven experience with Agile development, Scrum, and supporting tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitHub)
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience working with IVR testing, preferably Genesys
