As an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll have a strong technical background and experience working on SaaS or web‑based applications. You’re a highly capable engineer – analytical, detail‑oriented and a strong team player.
You are passionate about building high-quality, scalable software and writing clean, maintainable, and performant code. You enjoy solving complex business and technical challenges and take pride in delivering robust solutions. You are equally comfortable mentoring others, contributing to architectural decisions, and continuously improving both your own skills and those of your team.
Day‑to‑day, you will:- Design and develop software solutions aligned with acceptance criteria and user stories, ensuring quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with your team to contribute to the technical roadmap, balancing technical, commercial, and risk considerations.
- Analyse requirements, troubleshoot defects, and perform refactoring to improve performance and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership within the team, promoting best practices, supporting CI/CD processes, and ensuring high standards of delivery.
Flexible and pragmatic, able to respond to changing priorities and timelines using strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. You are an excellent communicator, able to work across teams and explain technical concepts clearly.
You have experience with technologies such as C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React. You have a solid understanding of SaaS architecture, design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices. You are comfortable working with DevOps tooling and unit testing frameworks, and you bring a quality‑first mindset to everything you do.
