What does the role look like?
As a Senior Software Engineer, your primary focus will be developing new features, fixing bugs, and delivering high-quality code rapidly. You’ll lead impactful projects across both frontend and backend, working on features like live video streaming, content feeds, native chat, and Whop discovery—all crafted to deliver a top-tier user experience.
On the frontend, you’ll use React and TypeScript to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and manage data fetching and state for performance and reliability. On the backend, you’ll design schemas, create migrations, and build robust, well-tested APIs in Rails. Additionally, you’ll review PRs, refactor code, and refine user interactions to ensure a polished product. With a product-driven mindset, you’ll independently identify and enhance user experiences across the platform. Success in this role will be measured through producing high quality code at a high velocity.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in either backend (e.g., Ruby on Rails) OR frontend technologies (e.g., React, Next.js).
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience building beautiful products at a high velocity

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
- Target base salary of $190,000 - $230,000 + a competitive equity package.
