Investigate and resolve issues reported by users or QA testers promptly. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Evaluate and integrate emerging web technologies and frameworks to optimize performance and scalability. Must also have experience in the following: 3 years of professional experience designing, developing, and implementing highly interactive, accessible, and performant web applications that serve high-volume, global audiences using modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js. 3 years of professional experience collaborating cross-functionally with product management, UX/UI design, quality assurance, analytics, and business stakeholders to align technical roadmaps and feature priorities with broader organizational goals. 3 years of professional experience modeling and advocating best practices in security, privacy, and accessibility standards throughout the full software development lifecycle within largescale consumer technology environment. 3 years of professional experience proactively managing technical debt through strategic refactoring, process improvements, and system optimizations aimed at enhancing stability, scalability, and long-term maintainability of complex software systems. 2 years of professional experience providing technical mentorship and architectural leadership to multiple engineering teams, including mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and establishing and enforcing best practices to ensure software quality, maintainability, and team development.
