Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3)
  • Develop backend systems and APIs using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
  • Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
  • Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK)
  • Ensure cloud infrastructure follows security best practices and compliance standards
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software and DevOps engineers
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, deployment strategies, and team performance
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and team growth.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related field
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services ( e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, DynamoDB, API Gateway )
  • 5+ years of experience in strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles
  • 5+ years of experience with backend programming languages/frameworks such as Node.js and Typescript with experience developing backend services, APIs, and integrations in production environments
  • 3+ years of experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK or Prometheus
  • 3+ years of experience in building and consuming RESTful and event-driven architectures

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AWS Lex bot integration or other conversational AI platforms
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, ECS, EKS)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as typescript, node.js
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD automation using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
  • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decision-making

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
