Main Responsibilities

• Develop existing applications and contribute to development of new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
• Develop new routine applications to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor, identify, and correct more complex software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software.
• Produce multiple concepts and prototypes to design digital products/services.
• Design and oversee the functionality, usability, and accessibility of business-critical portals/websites using content creation and management tools as well as digital media to ensure that technical continuity is maintained and development standards ar e met.
• Discuss and recommend technical developments to improve the quality of the website/portal/applications software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users' needs.
• Contribute to and maintain a roadmap to facilitate application software development and ensure the development work is prioritized in line with business requirements.
• Provide fault isolation and resolution to limit and address issues promptly.
• Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
• Design distribution of basic database resources and provide physical modeling and design services to tune database applications for optimum performance Factory Support during critical incidents.
