What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻
- Owning the quality of everything we put in front of our customer. We mean being the champion of quality no matter what it is that we deliver.
- Working closely with our product, design and tech teams to deliver products with the goal of delighting and increasing the success of our customers, in a very iterative fashion.
- Working closely with all stakeholders to understand what we are building. Architecting, designing our test strategy, plans and running them in the most efficient manner to deliver the product fast.
- Creating an automation culture within the test team and automating at every opportunity to improve the speed and quality of testing. Work with engineers to improve integration testing.
- Getting your hands dirty by getting into the details to the technicalities - analysing logs, understanding the databases and the structures, understanding the tools and frameworks and using all of them to debug and do better tests.
- Contribute in improving test and engineering experience by evaluating, developing tools/frameworks/workflows/reporting dashboards etc.
What do I need? 🤓
- 5+ years of industry experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaSproduct. You can demonstrate significant impact that your work has had on the product and/or the team.
- Deep fundamental knowledge of testing principles, techniques, methods and tools.
- Strong experience in running testing efforts on large scale customer facing products and API products.
- Knowledge and experience in scripting, coding and automation tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and upbeat character who can reach out to various stakeholders and get things done in remote setting.
- Willingness to quickly learn and use new technologies or frameworks.
- Extremely data-driven.
- Work with and solve problems of very complex nature and enjoy doing it 🙂
