EAA Integrations specializes in automation, building robust test automation frameworks to streamline system testing, enhance data integration, and improve business process efficiency. Our team develops reusable automation solutions along with integrations that empower teams to quickly and effectively validate complex systems, ensuring high-quality integrations and reliable performance.
To strengthen the Enterprise Apps team, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, who can help build scalable and secure test automation frameworks to automate API testing and Functional Testing. The Senior Software Engineers will work with product managers, TPMs and other automation developers to write high quality test applications and software code, as required by Coinbase business teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Automation Engineer: Design, develop, maintain, and enhance the test automation platforms strategy, ensuring widespread adoption, usage, and thorough metrics tracking.
- Test Strategy: Develop comprehensive test strategies covering unit, functional (API/UI), and end-to-end testing across multiple business applications and IT systems.
- Test Development: Implement UI/API automated test scripts, focusing on unit, functional and integration testing of various enterprise applications, including but not limited to Salesforce, Netsuite, and AWS.
- Performance and Load Testing: Establish comprehensive load testing, performance testing, and regression testing strategies for enterprise applications.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and validation across development and production environments.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and thought leadership in test automation, establishing best practices and ensuring high-quality testing standards.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical documentation for automated testing processes, and train new QA engineers on best practices and methodologies.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant expertise in test automation platforms and tools.
- Technical Skills:
- Nice to have proficiency in tools such as Playwright or UiPath for UI testing, Loader for load and performance testing APIs.
- Familiarity with any Test Automation Frameworks like Selenium, UiPath, Sfops etc. for API and Functional testing.
- Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of having a material impact on engineering velocity and product quality through automation-first testing approaches.
- Communication: Strong documentation skills and the ability to train and mentor other engineers on testing best practices.
Nice to haves:
- Expertise in UIPath or Playwright or similar tools.
