About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to play a key role in designing and delivering our next-generation web applications. You’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering to set technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and ensure engineering excellence across projects.

This is a hands-on role — you’ll contribute directly to architecture, design, and development while helping to shape best practices and technical standards. You’ll also have the opportunity to experiment with agentic AI and automation technologies where they enhance our core platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code across frontend and backend systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, performing detailed code reviews and architecture discussions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Engineering on technical design decisions and product strategy.
  • Advocate for best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
  • Contribute to defining and evolving system architecture and technology stack.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI-driven automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer or software architect.
  • Strong command of modern web technologies — React/Angular/Vue for frontend and Node.js, Java, or Python for backend.
  • Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems or microservices architectures.
  • Deep understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps pipelines.
  • Proven track record of leading projects or mentoring teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating with AI or data platforms (e.g., APIs, orchestration tools, or agentic frameworks).
  • Solid understanding of performance optimization, security, and observability.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) or Kubernetes.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
