We’re building a new elite engineering unit – Task Force X – led by our CTO. This team’s mission is to revolutionize how we work by developing internal copilots and autonomous agents that increase productivity across the company. As a Senior Software Engineer on this team, you will help build and deploy AI-powered systems and tools that automate workflows, accelerate decision-making, and multiply impact across every department.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal copilots and agents using Python and AI frameworks
- Build integrations with internal systems, third-party tools, and data sources
- Develop scalable and maintainable software that supports autonomous workflows
- Monitor and continuously improve performance, reliability, and user impact of deployed agents
- Apply modern software development practices: testing, CI/CD, observability, and code reviews
- Stay up to date with emerging LLMs, agent frameworks, and best practices in AI-driven productivity
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with backend development experience
- Proven experience in building AI agents, autonomous systems, or developer copilots
- Deep understanding of system integration patterns, APIs such as REST and GraphQL, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with LLM libraries and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel
- Strong problem-solving abilities, independent ownership, and collaborative mindset
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- Data science experience or familiarity with applied machine learning
- Experience with internal tooling or RPA/automation frameworks
- Exposure to cybersecurity or SaaS-based enterprise environments
