Senior Software Engineer – Software Test Engineering (Individual Contributor)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Software Test Engineering with 3-6 years of experience to drive software quality through functional testing, white box testing, code analysis, and defect troubleshooting. The ideal candidate combines strong testing expertise with programming skills in Python and C# and can work independently while collaborating closely with development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and author functional verification scenarios, test cases, and test reports.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and white-box testing activities.
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts and tools using Python and/or C#.
- Write scripts to address real-time testing, troubleshooting, and operational challenges.
- Analyze code differentials and assess testing impact for software changes.
- Troubleshoot defects at the code level and support root cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely with software developers to investigate issues and validate fixes.
- Ensure software quality through thorough verification and risk-based testing.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, automation, and quality practices.
- Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Software Test Engineering

- Test Report Preparation
- Working knowledge and debugging skills in Python and C#.
- Experience analyzing source code changes and determining testing impact.

- Understanding of VoIP concepts, call flows, and communication systems.
- Experience with source control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
