The Opportunity
HSN is looking for an experienced Senior SAP Reporting Engineer, to join our team that is on a journey to implement multiple modules of SAP (MM, SD, CA) in multiple markets (US, EU, JP) with a global template to refine business processes. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Software Engineering, you will be remote.

Your Impact

Work with our partners to identify, define, document, and prioritize our requirements.

Architect solutions for Reporting to meet their user initiated (AO, SAC) and batch initiated report and interfaces (AL11, OpenHub, DTP, PC)

Develop complex Hana Database models through calculation views (including mixed modelling with BW ADSO and Composite Providers) to create reusable components for delivering easier solutions.

Design and implement SAC visualizations/dashboard to provide data for decision-making.

Define security structures for access to data models and reports (AO, SAC) in a multiple market and brand situation.

Validate deliverables for accuracy, completeness and support data-driven testing for end-users.

Help review solution deliverables (functional and design specifications, testing plans, and training documentation), ensuring partner requirements are met.

Evaluate market trends and latest technologies and identify opportunities to use the latest technology.
What You Bring
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
-
10 years of experience with SAP technology development, with at least 5 years in SAP reporting area focusing on Hana Database Modelling with calculation views, Eclipse HANA Studio and WEBIDE, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting tools.

Data analysis skills and SQL scripting, to handle complex business logic transformations in creating base, intermediate and reporting views in Hana Database.

Experience with Git for source control and CI/CD pipelines line like Jenkins

Experience with XSA ODATA API integration to provide end points for downstream systems to query data from SAP Reporting Hana Database.

Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge, able to pick up new tools and systems, while adapting to changing needs.
Additional:

Relevant active SAP Reporting Technology Certification.

Experience with BW/4HANA (CDS Views, ADSO, DTP, PC, CP, Bex Query, Open Hub, AL11).

Experience working in Agile methodologies and understanding of DevOps processes.

Knowledge of XSA with UI5, node.js programming languages.

Understanding of Data Sphere.
