Summary Generated by Built In

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? Well, we pump peanut butter into your jar, and the oil in your car. We glue the soles of your shoes, the glass in your windows and the screen on your phone. We spray the finish on your vehicle, coatings on your pills, the paint on your house and texture on your walls. Graco is part of your daily life.

This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.

The Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce is a hands-on technical expert responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across Graco’s customer enablement platforms, including Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, B2B Marketing Cloud, and related enterprise systems. • Participate in release planning, deployment, and post-release validation across environments.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a technical leader and mentor to junior engineers and administrators, providing guidance on design patterns and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and architects to shape solution roadmaps and technical direction.
  • Participate in discovery workshops, design reviews, and technical demos with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate new Salesforce features and emerging technologies to identify opportunities to improve platform capability and efficiency.
