One AI integrates cutting-edge machine learning capabilities into the One Model Platform, to provide a suite of easy-to-use predictive pipelines and data extensions that allow organizations to build, understand, and predict workforce behaviors.

What you'll work on
- Build and enhance features
- Fix bugs, improve performance, and strengthen reliability
- Coordinate API contract changes across frontend and backend systems
- Influence architecture, development processes, and engineering standards
- Continue to learn and grow as a software engineer, and also support and encourage your peers to do so
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, QA, platform, UX, data science)
About You
- Around 6+ years commercial experience in software engineering
- Full stack technical skills in C# and React
- Good communication skills (synchronous and asynchronous)
- Ability to think strategically at a high-level about architecture and general code decisions
- You get things right, and you get things done
- You care about the user, not just the acceptance criteria
- Based in one of the following metro areas: Minneapolis, DC, Portland, or Austin (to support in-person interviews and occasional in-person collaboration)
Nice to have
- A degree or certification in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Experience with the latest versions of .NET, containerization/Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud computing (e.g. AWS or Azure)
- Experience and / or interest in Data Science and Machine Learning
- Experience leveraging AI to analyze problems and workshop solutions
- Experience with remote work
