Eta front-end team is constantly challenging themselves while working on a wide variety of interesting projects in logistics, e-commerce, and other industries. They love to learn unknown things and conquer new challenges. This passion is made possible by team members who live by a can-do attitude and have outstanding experience in Front-end and Back-end development.

In this role, you will
- Build and deliver front-end features end-to-end, across tasks, user stories, and epics
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to define and implement effective solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of the project’s business goals and ensure your work aligns with the overall product strategy
- Identify and communicate potential technical or project risks
- Take full ownership of your work - ensuring it’s well-tested, reliable, and delivered on time
- Support and guide less experienced developers, helping them solve technical challenges and grow their skills
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards across the codebase
- Contribute to technical decisions and discussions, helping shape the direction of the front-end architecture and practices
What you will bring
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and the Next.js framework
- Practical knowledge of TanStack Query, TailwindCSS, Git, and working with REST APIs
- Solid experience writing automated tests using Jest and related testing tools
- A good understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility best practices
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality results independently
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with stakeholders
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Salary range:
17 200 - 27 540 PLN + VAT (B2B)
14 270 - 22 200 PLN gross (Permanent)
