Senior Software Engineer (React Native)

Our client is passionate about making the world more accessible using our state-of-the-art tech, which is made for consumers and enterprises, and working on a life-changing product - the best phone call captioning application. The team treats the application as its own. Transparency is another important factor. 

• Design, develop, and maintain React Native applications with clean, well-documented, and tested code
• Implement new features and improve existing ones for mobile platforms, ensuring performance and scalability
• Write and maintain unit tests to guarantee code quality and stability
• Participate in technical discussions within your team
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and follow best practices in engineering hygiene (source control, coding standards, CI/CD)

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including solid expertise in React Native
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in building production-grade applications
• Good knowledge of mobile development practices, UI/UX optimization, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS3, SASS and cross-platform design principles
• Basic working knowledge of React (web), Java, and Go to collaborate effectively with backend and full-stack teams
• Experience with SQL databases and API integration
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with persistence to drive solutions to completion
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work directly with customers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
