Primary Responsibilities:
- Interpret or analyze business requirements & functional specifications independently
- Participate in meetings/walkthrough sessions/group meetings. Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes
- Participate in application process and performance improvement initiatives and joins all war rooms
- Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
- Adherence to the defined SSS delivery process/guidelines (SLA Compliance etc)
- Adherence to all SSS processes like Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, and Release Entry Framework
- Build a healthy relationship with project stakeholders/business partners
- Independent communication with business partners to resolve issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines
- Go-getter attitude and exhibit flexible approach at all times
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive mobile experiences
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs
- Ensure application quality through unit testing and automation
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- B.Tech. or MCA or graduation (15+ years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
- 4+ years of total experience
- Solid experience in React Native and JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux / Zustand / MobX
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling async flows
- Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Good understanding of React fundamentals (Hooks, Context, state management)
- Solid knowledge of mobile UI principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility
- Familiarity with Android (Gradle) and iOS (Xcode) build processes
- Knowledge of mobile debugging and performance optimization techniques
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, co-ordination skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Good knowledge of React Native and JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux or Zustand, Jest, React Native Testing Library
