As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle from requirements to development, to implementation in a production environment. This position is very hands-on and requires the ability to adapt to challenging problems and an intense desire to work as part of a cohesive team. All team members are expected to keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks and to display industry competitive skills and techniques. 

What will you do: 

• Participate in the design, solution, code, troubleshooting, resolve, and test software features and components in an Agile environment as part of a Full Stack team 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine software requirements. 

• Lead coding efforts for specific modules or features. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues. 

• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards. 

• Contribute to architectural decisions and design discussions.
• Drive adoption of best practices in system design, testing, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize performance of applications and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure systems are built for high availability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and lead by example within Scrum teams.

• Participate in on-call rotation

What will you bring:   

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on development in PL/SQL, Pro*C and shell scripting.
• Strong experience in SQL (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.). 

• Commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence.

What will set you apart:   

• Familiarity with Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools.

• Experience with Git, Java, Maven, and or Hudson/Jenkins are a plus  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
