Senior Software Engineer (Performance Engineering || Load Runner, Performance Center , JMeter)
- Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.
- Looking for a strong Individual who can lead Performance Engineering teams and should be meeting the below requirements and skills
- Should have minimum 6 years of industry experience in Performance Engineering.
- Experience on PE frameworks and tools like Performance Center , JMeter. Experience in SPLUNK, AppDynamics and AWR
- Should have strong coding and troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong domain knowledge in retail banking will be added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Should be able to articulate technology to Management/Business stakeholders to drive business/funding decisions.
- Proactive & creative development of practices and automation/tools to enhance team productivity
- Drive team and process improvements through Load Runner, Service and Data virtualization
Collaborating with US performance engineering architects and technology managers to drive efficiencies - Work cross team & collaborate with Developers, Testers, Technology Managers to ensure robust and scalable PE frameworks.
- Should be capable of bringing new perf engineering capabilities , build POCs, drive and enhance the existing frameworks
- 4+ years of Performance Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Should have industry experience in Performance Engineering.
- Extensive experience on PE frameworks and tools like Performance Center , JMeter. Experience in SPLUNK, AppDynamics and AWR
- Experience and extensive working knowledge in end-to-end performance engineering stages from Identifying NFRs pertaining to the business requirements till analysing and providing recommendations to scale up the performance of the application along with detailed test artefacts.
- Skilful in administering projects, ensuring the maintenance of the SLA and deliverable deadlines for the team & the process, client interaction and cross-functional team co-ordination
- Should have strong coding and troubleshooting capabilities, able to train and mentor junior team members
- Domain knowledge in Fraud & Claims will be added advantage
- Proactive & creative development of practices and automation/tools to enhance team productivity
- Drive team and process improvements through Load Runner, Service and Data virtualization
- Collaborating with performance engineering architects and technology managers to drive efficiencies
- Work cross team & collaborate with Developers, Testers, Technology Managers to ensure robust and scalable PE frameworks.
- Should be able to Lead PE teams by leading from front. Should be capable of bringing new perf engineering capabilities , build POCs, drive and enhance the existing frameworks
- Experience in Shell scripting / Java is an added advantage
