Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycles using industry best practices.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.
- Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional engineering team in gathering and analyzing requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, as well as understand business requirements and their context and making informed technical decisions and trade-offs
- Ensure an ever-increasing level of technical skill and understanding in the team through constructive feedback and coaching (for example the overview of pull requests)
- Lead proof of concept efforts targeted within the team, and proactively addresses technical uncertainty.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of development and integrations created.
- Create software documentation and update existing documentation.
- Architect high performance cloud-based solutions that balance scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness to meet business objectives.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment of enterprise applications.
Competencies & role/education requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework and C#.
- Proven track record building robust React applications with modern state management.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles and hands-on experience with Azure services.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies like Scrum.
- Experience with modern source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases in cloud environments.
