Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for MLOps & DevOps to join our team. This role focuses on streamlining the machine learning and robotics software development lifecycle, ensuring robust model training, deployment, and monitoring on real robotic hardware. You will collaborate closely with AI and robotics engineers to optimize ML workflows, automate infrastructure, and implement best practices for deploying embodied AI at scale.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and implement training and data pipelines, ML monitoring, version control, and automated deployment of models into production.
- Work closely with AI and robotics engineers to streamline software and model development and deployment.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for robotics software and ML model deployment.
- Implement best practices for model and code security, versioning, and reproducibility.
- Create documentation, guidelines, and best practices to enhance knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in MLOps and continuously improve systems.
What you must have
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related fields (PhD experience applicable).
- Ability to write production-level code in modern C++.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
Get some bonus points
- Master’s degree or higher.
- Experience leading an MLOps team.
- Familiarity with ROS2.
