You'll be a core contributor to the Admin Experience team.

* 5+ years as a Software Engineer — we care about the quality of your experience, not just the length
* Very strong command of TypeScript / JavaScript and Node.js; familiarity with React is a plus
* Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or similar) — you've built something real with them, not just experimented
* Familiarity with AI-native development patterns: prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, agentic orchestration, or MCP
* Comfort reasoning about AI reliability and risk in production — output validation, fallback strategies, observability of LLM-driven flows
* Hands-on experience with databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, or DocumentDB; event-driven systems (Kafka or similar) are a bonus
* Comfort working in AWS environments with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
* Solid understanding of DDD, SOLID principles, and modern system design
* Experience writing unit, integration, and contract tests — including how to test non-deterministic AI components
* Experience in fintech, insurtech, payments, or banking integrations — or genuine curiosity to learn the domain
* Clear communicator who can hold a technical discussion and a product conversation in the same meeting
Fluent in English — German or other languages are a plus
