Build the future of the AI Data Cloud. Join the Snowflake team.
Snowflake is the AI Data Cloud, trusted by a huge fraction of the world’s largest and most innovative companies to store their data. The Cortex Apps team at Snowflake is dedicated to developing innovative applications that enhance data interaction and analysis. Our products – like Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst and Cortex Agents – empower users to extract meaningful insights from their data with ease.
Cortex Search enables low-latency, high-quality fuzzy search over Snowflake data, supporting applications like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and enterprise search. Cortex Analyst is a fully managed, LLM-powered feature that allows users to ask business questions in natural language and receive direct answers without writing SQL. Cortex Agents allow our customers to build AI agents in Snowflake, leveraging their data through Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst and Cortex Functions. AI SQL is a new, enhanced form of SQL that includes AI operations natively, on both structured and unstructured (multimodal data).
