We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable software solutions, as well as a commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications that meet customer and business requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers,, and fellow engineers to deliver high-impact features on schedule.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices and professional growth.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Contribute to strategic architectural decisions and the evolution of our technology stack.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, continuously advocating for process and technological improvements.
- Adhere to and champion established software development methodologies, standards, and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software engineering.
- Expertise in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C#.
- Demonstrated experience in building scalable, distributed systems and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Comprehensive knowledge of relational databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server ) including database schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- In-depth knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker,).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design.
- Prior experience operating within Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience within engineering teams.
